Tap Prices listed are for 1 to 9 piece orders.
Larger order quantities entitles the buyer to larger discounts which are:
10 to 24 pieces 10% discount on entire order
25 to 99 pieces 20% discount on entire order
100 to 249 pieces 30% discount on entire order
250 to 499 pieces 40% discount on entire order
500 and more pieces 50% discount on entire order
Tap material: ASP 2023 (AISI/SAE M3:2, PM 23) is the primary material our taps are made from with few exception which are noted in product description. This material is a Chromium-molybdenum-tungsten vanadium steel is a high powder grade metallurgical cold work steel. That is produced by powder metallurgy with a fine homogeneous structure and a can achieve a high level toughness and wear resistance.

Order from stock or made to order; Most of our larger quantity sales for both Taps and Fasteners are made to order please allow 2 to 6 weeks "approximate" for the order to be completed and shipped sometimes it can run to 12 weeks for unusual or complex parts.
Minitaps offers a wide range of miniature screws, hex nuts and others small turned parts. Many items are made specific to a customer’s requirements. Our parts range in size from .040" to 3/16" and 1mm to 4mm, generally 1/8" and smaller. Threads offered are American 000-120 to 2-56, metric M.5 to M3 and special threads are available. Materials; Stainless steel, Titanium, Aluminum, and Brass. Screws, hex nuts and other turned parts made to order.
