Shipping

We try to ship all orders the day received with a 3PM cutoff time.  We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products. Please note that the shipping rates from this web site assume a single item is shipped to a US location ground.  Actual shipping charges generally are lower we can provide specfic cost of shipping. Shipping of many items we sell are weight-based.

Shipping Carriers; US mail, first class is used for small light packages under $100. All others packages are shipped UPS all levels of service are available from ground to next day air.
 

Returns Policy

Opened Package; If the product is a "stock" item, the order is complete, unused, not damaged and resellable we will exchange or refund the payment less shipping.  If the item is special order or a stocked item with traceable cerification we cannot accept it for return as we cannot resell the product.

Unopened Package; You may return "stock" items that have not been opened within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Refunds; You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks the item's return. days).
